A man died after his vehicle crashed into a tree on Blandford Road between Ascot Avenue and Hyperion Road in North Riding.
Netcare911 media liaison officer Athlenda Mathe said that the exact detail to the cause of the accident on 28 May will remain a subject for police investigation and comment.
“When Netcare911 paramedics arrived on scene, we found a Volkwagen Polo hanging from a tree with the driver who died before our arrival still trapped,” Mathe said.
Paramedics retrieved the man’s body and declared him dead on the scene.
