Heartbroken over lost cat

STRIJDOM PARK – Dog food distribution company owner offers a R10 000 reward for anyone who finds her missing cat.

Pack Leader dog food distribution company owner Sonja Maricevic has asked the community to be on the lookout for her warehouse cat that has been missing since 14 January.

Maricevic said at first, two of her three cats went missing after they had climbed into the wheel-well of a delivery truck but one has come back since then.

“I am grateful that we have found our back cat, Chicken, but my heart is still broken about our totoiseshell cat, Babbaganoush, she is brown and black, with a black face and has no white hair” said Maricevic.

She asked residents of Strijdom Park, Randburg, Blairgowrie, Craighall Park, Orange Grove, Oaklands, Krugersdorp and Cosmo City to be on the lookout as these are the areas the delivery truck they had climbed into, visited.

Maricevic said she hopes Babbaganoush jumped out in Strijdom Park and will find her way back soon as she is an easily frightened cat and living on the streets could be stressful for her.

According to Maricevic, they have had great response from the community thus far and she offered a reward of R10 000 to anybody who finds her.
