GALLERY: Boss relaunches high quality dog food

BRYANSTON– Boss helps raise funds for Ark Animal Centre while relaunching their high quality dog food.

Boss Dog Food part of Promeal relaunched their dog food on 5 October at the Hamilton Park in Bryanston.

The event was attended by dog owners who came with their dogs along with representatives from organisations in partnership with Boss Dog Food.

Guests had the opportunity to interact with adorable puppies from Ark Animal Centre, a non-profit organisation that specialises in the rescue and rehoming of puppies and small breed dogs in Johannesburg.

Founder of Ark Animal Centre Tracy Otto spoke about rescuing animals and finding families to take care of them and the tremendous support they have received from volunteers.

Ark Animal Centre, in partnership with Boss dog food have created leashes out of recycled materials. Money raised goes towards the centre to assist with the basic upkeep of the the shelter.

Managing and marketing director of Boss Dog Food Tania Morgan-Weyer said the purpose of the relaunch was to create awareness for their products as the best food to feed pets at affordable prices.

“We initially experienced challenges with quality but managed to have the highest food safety accreditation by the British Retail Consortium for Global Standard for Food Safety Certification. The secret is the quality of our ingredients, recipes and process,” concluded Morgan-Weyer.
