Simba case trial date set

KENSINGTON B – Simba Mhere case develops at Randburg Magistrates’ Court.

The case involving the death of former Top Billing presenter Simba Mhere and his passenger Kady-Shady O’Bryan will finally go to trial – the date was set down on 26 August in Randburg Magistrates’ Court.

Mhere and O’Bryan were killed in a vehicle collision near the William Nicol and N1 off-ramp on 31 January.

The driver of the other vehicle, Preshalin Naidoo, has appeared in court several times.

The trial is scheduled for 29 and 30 October and will be held in the Randburg Magistrates’ Court.
