Game Cresta adds fresh food to the mix

CRESTA – Expect the delicious aroma of fresh bread and tasty food being prepared the next time you visit Game at Cresta Shopping Center.

On Wednesday 26 August 2015, Game will reveal a new and improved store at Cresta Shopping Centre on the corner of Beyers Naude Drive and Weltevreden Road.

In addition to the general merchandise line items that Game is known and loved for such as major domestic appliances, high tech TVs, sound and audio equipment, toys, linen, sporting goods, interior décor, camping and outdoor products and health and beauty aids, the newly revamped store will now provide an additional offering of fresh meat, fruit, vegetables and baked goods.

Game CEO, Mr. Robin Wright said, “The introduction of fresh food to our stores is a natural progression for us. As a result of putting our customers at the heart of all we do, we wanted to ensure that they always have an easy, delightful and convenient shopping experience when visiting our stores. We now provide a complete one-stop shop where our customers can purchase virtually every household requirement under one roof, at the lowest possible prices.

“Game Cresta shoppers can also look forward to a new, revitalised look throughout the store. The newly refurbished Game store will feature wider aisles, lower racks and clearer signage, all resulting in an unsurpassed shopping experience for customers.”

Wright went on to say, “Game has a long-lasting commitment to customer satisfaction which is reflected in our slogan ‘Save money. Live better.’ This is applied through a rock solid trio of far-reaching guarantees on price, satisfaction and service.”

The Price Guarantee reaffirms that Game will beat the price of any other dealer who has the same stock as sold in Game stores. The Satisfaction Guarantee promises to refund the purchase price of goods – or exchange any goods at any time – if returned in the original condition and packing.

The Service Guarantee promises customers that Game will provide on-going service on any product purchased – even after the expiry of the warranty.

With a long lasting commitment to save customers money so that they can live better, Game reviews their product pricing across a sizeable basket of general merchandise and food items on a regular basis. “We pride ourselves in our price gap research findings, which continuously reveal that customers who shop at Game save a significant amount compared to when they shop with competitors,” said Wright.

Other valuable services offered by Game that allow customers to save money so that they can live better include the Game Account Card (which offers shoppers flexible repayment options, with affordable monthly instalments) and the Game Senior Citizen Card (which allows pensioners to receive 10 per cent off the first R1 500 they spend in store plus weekly discounts on a wide array of general merchandise items). Please visit your nearest Game store or  www.game.co.za  for more details.

Customers are urged to get to the store bright and early to take advantage of the unbeatable opening day specials.
