Lions provide warmth

The Lions Club of Northcliff contributed to Mandela Day through the distribution of 150 blankets to residents around Joburg recently. The blankets, donated by Absa, went to residents at Ann Harding Cheshire Homes in Northwold, Montgomery Haven in Montgomery Park, 26 disadvantaged families in Newlands and the 40 grateful children at Footprints Orphanage in Honeydew.
