The stunning new shopping centre is home to Super Spar, Tops @ Spar and Virgin Active Health Club. The centre situated on the corner of Christiaan De Wet Road and Scott Avenue was completed in record time, three months before the initial occupation date.
Renico Construction Managing Director Nico Louw said, “Renico knows quite a lot about building sectional title and townhouse developments, we’ve got a fair grip on industrial property and we decided we need to hone in a bit on the retail environment. The limited amount of things I know about retail from other shopping centres, is that you have to have a corner, a good corner is always good for retail, and you also need the right professional team around you, which we had.”
Louw thanked all the stakeholders and the entire team behind this massive undertaking.
The Super Spar is indeed super and has everything you expect and more including imported foods, a smoothie bar and café, while the Virgin Active next door has everything you need to get back into shape.
