A big thank you to Lehasa of Randburg Home Affairs

RANDBURG - Our reader advises people to be patient when they go to Randburg Home Affairs.

Werner Krippner writes:

Nowadays to get any services from any company is not common at all.

However, we all know that everyone is always complaining about services from Home Affairs.

This time it’s a compliment, whereby Lehasa from Randburg Home Affairs, is getting 20 out of 10 without a doubt.

Think about it, the lines are long, people are impatient and frustrated at its best.

Everyone is [+/- ]calling everyone names and just complaining.

Now there is Lehasa, firstly she kept cool, attended to our needs and followed up the way it should be.

Now when it came to the last minute (delay from head office), she again followed up with the right person at the head office, who knew where our letter was sitting.

She phoned us up to four times a day, to let us know what is happening and then phoned us to collect.

We had one day spare time for this letter.

So a very, very big thank you to Lehasa from Randburg home affairs.

NB: To all the frustrated people out there, try to be nice to each other and you might just get a surprise yourself.

Editor’s note: letter published unedited.
