Take up the challenge, Mark Beale

WELTEVREDEN PARK – Former African Punishment Wrestling Association (APWA) undisputed tag champion, Ultimate Nathan, challenges The World Wrestling Professionals (WWP) Wrestlemonster event.

Wrestler Nathan Govender (18) also known as ‘Ultimate Nathan’ from Weltevreden Park, has announced that he wants the owner of World Wrestling Professionals (WWP) Mark Beale, to take him up on his challenge to battle in the Battle Royal match. The WWP extravaganza ‘Wrestlemonster’ will take place on 8 July at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium and is the biggest wrestling event to hit South African soil.

“I cannot let an opportunity like this go by, I would be devastated if I did. I dedicate my entry to Nelson Mandela, as the event takes place on Nelson Mandela Day. I aim to represent Weltevreden Park and South Africa as a whole,” said a determined Govender.

He has started a movement on twitter called #letUNfight. The movement is to get more supporters and let people know that he really is determined to fight in the battle.

According to Govender, only the best get in! Many famous international stars such as Justin Gabriel, Zizou Middoux, Brodus Clay, Ananzi and many more will be competing at the event. Artists such as Kurt Darren and Ifani will be there to entertain. Wrestlers from all over the world will compete in order to mark their names in South African professional wrestling history.

Govender aims to prove to children in South Africa, that you are never too small to make a big impact. Nathan was the youngest African Punishment Wrestling Association (APWA) tag champion in history, he held the belt for 167 days – earning a place in the top 10 longest reigns.

Although Nathan has sent out his challenge to the WWP, one question still remains: will WWP’s Mark Beale accept the challenge and fight the young Ultimate Nathan?
