Simba Mhere court case postponed

RANDBURG – The Simba Mhere case has yet again been postponed.

Preshalin Naidoo, the driver involved in the accident during which Simba Mhere and Kady-Shady O’ Bryan were killed, appeared in the Randburg Magistrates’ Court on 26 June.

Defence for Naidoo Satch Govender, as well as for the family of Mhere and O’ Bryan were present in court. Senior State prosecutor Yusuf Baba appealed to the court to allow postponement in order for instructions to council for the defence to be finalised.

The case was then postponed by the court until 23 July for proper instructions to be given.
