The driver involved in the fatal car accident of Simba Mhere, the late presenter of Top Billing, and his passenger Kady-Shady O’ Bryan will appear in the Randburg Magistrates’ Court on 26 June.
The driver, Preshalin Naidoo (22), made his first appearance in court on two counts of culpable homicide on 4 June.
Lead senior prosecutor Yusuf Baba has confirmed that the case will be heard on the 26 June and not today [22 June] as it has been reported by other media.
Mhere died in car accident in January this year, when his car collided with WV Polo on William Nicol Road and N1.
