Excited West Pack Trollery Dash winners jam packed their trolleys full of awesome items on 12 June.
West Pack Lifestyle and the 94.7 Breakfast Express hosted a competition during the week starting on 8 June to 12 June. A total of five winners were found with 30 seconds in the store, with every question they go right, another 15 seconds was added to their time.
Busy shoppers, staff, the winners and the 94.7 Brekfast Express team lined up at the front of store. Each winner had their allocated time to dash around the store and collect as many items as they could.
Among the many items stashed, things like knives, pots, pans and children’s toys were among the most popular. Philicity Reeken of 94.7 Breakfast Express said, “Some of the contestants got some really interesting things, like toilet paper, I didn’t understand that.” Listen to the rest of her commentary:
Janine de Villiers, one of the winner, said, “I was aiming for lots of the glass ware and knives, it’s a lot harder to concentrate then you think.”
The total amounts ranged between, R1950.30 to R8652.
Gideon Erasmus, who totalled the most amount said, “My wife looked through the catalogue and guided me as to what I should get, I’m sure the children will be very happy.”
