A woman who appeared to be in her 60s was knocked down while crossing Rabie Street, Fontainebleau, in the morning of 5 June. Netcare 911, Ghost Squad and Metro Police attended to the scene.
The woman had trouble standing afterwards. She was visibly shaken, and had trouble focusing her eyes on the paramedics treating her. After a quick assessment by Netcare paramedics, she was rushed to hospital in an ambulance.
Questions were sent to Netcare Media Liaison Officer Santi Steinman, and comment is awaited.
