Memory training to ace those exams

BLAIRGOWRIE – Students and parents share how brain-training have helped them study more effectively.

A seminar that will be run over the next eight weeks by Brain Dynamics Learning and Development Academy at the Hackle Brooke Conference Centre, Blairgowrie, aims to help students train their brain and improve their memory. “Benefits of good sleep, proper nutrition and supplements, regular exercise, less sugar and using different techniques to train and develop your memory will be covered,” said director of Brain Dynamics Pavienna Naidoo.

Student Udhayan Pillay from Windsor West said that he has been attending these seminars for the last two years. “It has improved my academics and overall happiness drastically. I find that I am less irritated and stressed when it comes to studying and doing activities,” said Pillay.

Pillay’s father Karna Pillay explained that he wanted his son to be exposed to better learning techniques than he had in school and to help him develop. “I am doing this course as well to develop myself in my business career,” added Pillay.

Another student, Lebone Lehlokoe commented that he is very excited to start learning and bettering himself. He added that he cannot wait to start reaping in those better grades at school.
