The Douglasdale Police urge the community to be extra attentive during peak-hour traffic, following reports of a male that has been smash-and-grabbing at the traffic lights on Main Road, Douglasdale. This according to spokesperson Warrant Officer Balan Muthan.
He further indicated that items of value should always be locked in the boot of the vehicle and not left on the front passenger seat.
WO Muthan confirmed that the Douglasdale Police have put in place operations to arrest the perpetrator.
