• It is always important to warm up and cool down before and after each training session.
• Training should be done at a relatively high intensity so as to affect change in the metabolic rate.
• Always be aware of correct form for each and every exercise being performed.
• Make sure your core is engaged for every movement so as to ensure correct stability throughout each range of motion.
• Make sure you breathe correctly (ie. Out on effort).
