Janru Oosthuizen shines
RANDBURG - Oosthuizen a school pupil strikes again in the athletics department.
A pupil from Randburg Hoërskool, Janru Oosthuizen shone at the North-West University (NWU-PUK) Super 16 Interschools Athletics Meeting at the Royal Bafokeng Stadium just outside of Rustenburg on 3 March 2015. Oosthuizen came second in the 1 500m in the boys U17 age category (B league) with a time of 04:22.99. (NWU Vaal) has invested intensively in high school sport within the region. Athletes from top schools in the Northern Cape, North West and Gauteng provinces participated in this prestigious event.
