Man pushed against wall by a delivery truck

A delivery truck has left a man, believed to be in his 50s, in critical condition after knocking him and pushing him against a wall on 18 February.

The incident happened at a shopping centre in North Riding.

When ER24 paramedics arrived on scene they found the man on the ground.

He was assessed and provided with advanced life support treatment.

According to ER24 spokespeson Chitra Bodasing,”the man was transported to a local hospital for further treatment, the truck driver was also assessed, he sustained minor injuries.”

According to ER24, the truck driver refused to be taken to hospital.
