Disney characters are coming to town

Winter holidays this year will heat up with Disney characters set to hit out shores.

Mickey Mouse and friends bring you Disney on Ice – let’s celebrate from 26 June at the Coca-Cola Dome. Showtime management and Feld Entertainment bring you more than 50 classic and contemporary characters from Disney to make the holidays even more exciting.

“The new seating at the venue is especially installed for the performances and ensures that Disney on Ice fans of all ages have a clear view of the ice and the wonderful characters. Floor seats have been removed and the new configuration is made up of raked seating only to make this a wonderful experience for the family,” said Tony Feldman from Showtime Management.

This is a once-in-a-lifetime experience for the whole family, to see their favourite Disney characters come alive on stage. The festivities will feature skating with charming costumes and more surprises for the audience.

Tickets range in prices and can all be purchased at Computicket. The production is not just for the Johannesburg audiences to enjoy but will move the GrandWest Arena in Cape Town for 10 shows to 12 July.

Feldman encourages every person and Disney lover to “come join your favourite Disney characters at the biggest fun-filled party on ice. This winter, it’s time for kids and families to celebrate the enchanting world of Disney.”
