Counterfeiters at Regional Court
RANDBURG – The counterfeitrs' has been transferred due to the mass of cases against the two accused.
The counterfeiting suspects appeared in the Randburg Magistrates’ Court on 26 January.
The couple accused of multiple cases of counterfeiting money and fraud appeared in the Randburg Magistrates’ Court where it was immediately transferred to the Randburg Regional Court due to the high volume of cases that have been laid against the two accused.
The matter will now be heard by a Regional Magistrate with a different state prosecutor, Mbali Ngcobo.
The case has been postponed to 2 February for a formal bail application.
