BREAKING NEWS: Boy dragged by car

MONTGOMERY PARK – Boy in hospital after allegedly being dragged and pushed from a moving vehicle.

18:35 – The boy who was dragged by a moving car along Beyers Naudé has been identified as a 14-year-old Roosevelt High School pupil, contrary to previous reports.


 

17:43 – A Rooseveldt Primary School pupil was allegedly dragged by a moving car on Beyers Naudé Drive after two criminals tried to grab his cellphone at around 3pm.

The brave child clung onto their car before being pushed off by the thieves and was left injured on the side of the road.

Witnesses who saw what happened stopped to help the boy and to call for help.

Thanks 2 drivers who stopped to help Roosevelt primary pupil injured on side of road after robbers stole cell & dragged him along the road!
