Guess who will be back in South Africa next year to wow their fans? None other than crowd favourite OneRepublic!
Big Concerts confirmed on 26 November that OneRepublic will be returning to South Africa in support of their latest hit album, Native.
They will be performing in Johannesburg on 19 June 2015 at The Dome and in Cape Town on 21 June 2015 at the Grand Arena, GrandWest.
The concert will be presented by 947 and M-Net. A Big Concerts Experience.
OneRepublic achieved huge international success throughout their career.
Their first album Dreaming Out Loud, certified as platinum, earned them a Grammy nomination and went all the way to number one in 16 countries.
Their first single Apologize remixed by Timbaland, ranks in the top 50 on the Billboard Hot 100’s All-Time Top Songs list and became a worldwide hit.
Their second single Stop and Stare had the same success.
Their second album Waking Up produced hit singles like, All The Right Moves and Good Life.
Their third full-length album Native, shot to number four on the Billboard 200 and their hit single Counting Stars reached number two on the Billboard Top 100, their highest charting single since Apologize, as well as the top 10 of the Kia Top 40 on 947.
OneRepublic’s Native Tour is their largest to date playing over 185 sold out dates around the world. South African fans are encouraged to get their tickets early.
