The inquest involving Duduzane Zuma and Jabulani Vusi Dlamini for the death of Phumzile Dube continues on 10 November

at Randburg Magistrates’ Court.

Court officials were going to inspect the scene of the accident on 7 November, however, the court found it unnecessary due to traffic and

insufficient cause.

Previously on 6 November Dlamini testified that the silver Porsche in question hit the minibus taxi on the right rear end of the minibus taxi.

Dlamini said, “I spun around twice while hitting the minibus on the barrier of the off-ramp.”

Duduzane Zuma testified that if he had not lost control and hit the minibus taxi that the collision would never have happened. “At

some point I was going 120 and at another time I was going 90 to 100km per hour,” said Zuma.

According to Zuma’s statement in court , “The rain continued to get worse from Marlboro to the Grayston Drive offramp.”
