Brilliant ideas wanted

RANDBURG - AAA School of Advertising offers a chance to win a share of R120 000 in tuition.

The AAA School of Advertising is calling for entries for their 2014 Brilliant Ideas Competition. As the premier tertiary institution for students wishing to enter the marketing and communications industry, the AAA School prides itself in nurturing talent and encouraging brilliance.

“Our desire is to nurture the best possible talent in the country and allow that talent to enter the industry and to make a difference,” said Dr Ludi Koekemoer, the school’s chief executive officer.

“That is the base of our call for students to be brave, cheeky and brilliant.”

Dr Koekemoer feels that these are the elements that lead to students becoming successful future leaders in the marketing and communications sector.

“As such, we are extremely excited to provide the opportunity of free tuition to talented students through a competition of this nature.”

The AAA School’s Randburg Campus offers the top 50 entries iTunes voucher and chance to win a share of R120 000 in tuition to study one of the school’s BA degrees or their copy writing diploma.

The competition encourages students to write 100 words on their chosen energy drink, or alternatively, by taking a selfie with the chosen drink and adding a creative caption to it.

Entries are open until 31 August. “We’re simply looking for those matriculants that stand out from the rest, that have raw talent and will now be rewarded for this talent by being creative,” Dr Koekemoer concluded.
