You have ideas, plans and goals – so much to offer the world – but how? Miss South Africa offers a unique opportunity to young beautiful women to revolutionise the world.
The event organisers are looking for a beautiful young ‘bona fide’ lady that can represent the country, be a force of transformation and empower women.
“We want a young dynamic woman who has a vision for women and understands the needs of South Africans,” said Melinda Bam who is the National Executive representative of the Miss South Africa.
For those interested in entering Miss South Africa, the following must be adhered to:
-Be at least 18 years old and not older than 27 years on 01 February 2015.
-Be a South African citizen and in possession of a valid South African ID document or passport.
-Be in possession of a Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
-Not be married and never have had a marriage annulled.
-You must not be engaged.
-Never have been pregnant, never have given birth and not be pregnant.
-Not have any visible tattoos.
-Have no criminal record.
The documentation that is needed to accompany your entry:
-A copy of your birth certificate, ID book or passport.
-Two recent A4 colour photographs, one head and shoulders, one full length.
-A copy of your Matric certificate.
“A Miss South Africa is an individual that understands the importance of education and is a people person because the job requires you to engage with different people if you are to be successful during your reign,” added Bam.
According to Bam, the competition has no height requirements but it is important to be beautiful as this is still a beauty pageant.
“We want a person who is a public speaker who is an extraordinary woman who will be able to serve the country and represent it in world during Miss Universe,” she said.
Bam concluded by encouraging all those who fit the criteria to enter the competition.
