Three teams, including the champions Spain, were eliminated on day seven of the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil on 18 and 19 June.
With one match each to play in the group stages, Australia, Spain and Cameroon will not be able to earn enough points to qualify for the round of 16.

Netherlands secured their place in the round of 16 by beating Australia 3 – 2 in group B.

Robben first scored for the Dutch in the 20th minute, running from the the halfway line to score.
Cahill equalised for the Aussies in the 21st minute, volleying after he let a long pass fall over his shoulder.
Jedinak put Australia ahead with a penalty in the 54th minute after Janmaat was found guilty of a handball in the box.
Van Persie equalised again for the Dutch in the 58th minute, breaking from defence to score from 10m.
Memphis won the match for Netherlands in the 68th minute with a shot from 25m.
On the same day that Prince Felipe (46) ascended to the throne of Spain, after his father Juan Carlos (76) signed his own abdication, Spain was knocked out of the World Cup, losing to Chile 2 – 0 in group B.
Chile will now advance to the round of 16.
Vargas scored the first goal, after multiple touches between him and his teammates in the 20th minute.
Aranguiz scored the second in the 43rd minute after Spain’s keeper Casillas blocked a free kick, and Vargas finished in the right of the goal.
Croatia knocked Cameroon out of the World Cup, beating them 4 – 0 in group A.
Olic (34) became the country’s oldest player to score a World Cup goal when he finished well in the 11th minute.
Perisic doubled the lead in the 48th minute, dummying Cameroon’s keeper Itandje.
Mandzukic scored the third in the 61st minute, heading powerfully, and the fourth in the 73rd minute, scoring after Itandje blocked a shot straight back to him.
