The group’s chairperson Louise Myhnardt said this would help to create awareness about the organisation and how to become involved in community initiatives.

“We are planning a knock and drop where flyers sponsored by ADT Security will be distributed throughout Windsor. Our contact details as well as what we do will be on the flyer. We will walk from door to door and spread the word.

“The more people knew about the group, the more they would be encouraged to become active citizens.” She said if the area looked nice people would be less inclined to dump their rubbish. Residents can report bylaw-related problems to the Metro police who have a 24-hour service in Windsor.
