SA Bachelor 2014 Guy Saben and runner-up Johan Anker hosted The Tart Deco Hi Tea on 24 October at The Sliverbirch Restaurant in the Lifestyle Home Garden.
The event was in benefit of CANSA and Copperstone Promotions, who are owners of the SA Bachelor and Bachelorette of the year competition.
The afternoon was filled with lovely guests who dressed in The Great Gatsby theme, and a performance by guest of honor, international rock star and singing sensation, Cindy Alter who is also a cancer survivor.
The MC for the high tea was cancer survivor, former SA Bachelor of the year Eddy Rust.
Celebrity guests in attendance included the likes of Mr SA, Armand Du Plessis, Mrs Globe, Riana Mooi, and former SA Bachelorette of the year, Michelle Hinrichsen.
Saben said that “the high tea was a great initiative” and that he was very pleased to have hosted it with Anker.
“Johan and I chose to raise funds for CANSA as we are official ambassadors of the charity and it is a cause extremely close to our hearts,” Saben concluded.
