Mr Fitness SA needs sponsors

BROMHOF – Llewellyn Cordier needs sponsorship before he can represent South Africa.

Mr Fitness SA Llewellyn Cordier (38) needs financial help.

The Bromhof resident should be on cloud nine after winning Mr Fitness SA for the third time at the end of September, and the National Amateur Bodybuilding Association of South Africa (Nabba SA) Aerobics Fitness Championships 2014 in early October.

But the doors that are opened to him thanks to these, need sponsorship to be walked through.

He is eligible to compete as part of the South African team at the Nabba World Championships in Australia in early November and participate in the Fitness Universe Championship in Las Vegas, USA, at the end of November.

He asks that if anyone is willing to help him with donations, to please contact him. He still needs about R10 000.

“To have won these two competitions is an extreme honour and privilege for me,” he says. “My Training for the two overseas competitions, depending on if I get the funds, is as vigorous as I always train.” Six times per week he completes two hours of cardio workout, one hour of weights/resistance training and one hour of gymnastics/routine. He concludes that the secret to being fit “is firstly, a healthy diet and secondly, sticking to a training regime all year round.”
