The games we played were very good and we played very well. The school watching gave us the adrenalin rush and that extra push to work even harder.
Kopano Ntsoko:
It was my first year playing rugby and this festival was exciting. Playing here in front of the whole school was just an adrenalin rush and everything. As a team, we played our hearts out, and I love how we all fought together. I enjoyed a lot in this festival but my biggest highlight was scoring a hat-trick in the first game.
Dillan Zinondo:
The festival was really good. Our second game against Westville was really tough they are a good school. It was my first year at this festival and I saw how important is it for the school. It was so exciting, the support from our mates, the noise got us pumped up. It was a nice vibe.
Blake Crompton:
I was really excited about the festival on the first day and we had great games. The crowd was amazing, the school supporting us was just insane. Some of the classes came out to watch us, which was great. Thank you to the school for letting the festival happen. I’m very thankful for being able to play in this festival.
