Randburg police to host public engagements

Sector manager and CPF committees will be present to engage with residents.

The Randburg Community Policing Forum (CPF) has asked residents to attend public engagements about crime in their areas.

CPF chairperson Kerry Wetton said a meeting would be held for each sector about prevalent crime incidents and how residents could prevent them.

Residents will be able to meet their sector managers and find out important contact information.

Residents can also find out about the CPF and become involved in it.

The meetings are as follows:

Sector 1 – in the police station’s pink room at 18:00 on September 26.

This sector includes Blairgowrie, Bordeaux North Bordeaux South, Clayton/Fife, Craighall, Hurlingham, Glenadrienne, Craighall, Hurlingham Manor, Lyme Park, Saints Manor, Randburg CBD and Willowild.

This sector includes Epsom Downs, Bryanston East, Cowdray Park, Mill Hill, Cramerview, Solridge, Country Life Park, Gleniffer, Bryanston West, and Bryanston (west of Main Road and William Nicol Drive).

This sector includes Ferndale (north of Republic Road), Strijdom Park, Beverly Gardens, Vandia Grove, Osummit. Bryanston Manor, Daniel Brink Park, Brian Brink, Kensington B, Malanshof, and Praegville.
