Police investigate murder in Cosmo City
Tributes pour in for woman after her body was found with an open open wound on her throat.
Honeydew police are investigating a case of murder after a woman was found dead in her home in Cosmo City.
Photos of the woman, Ntebeng Manzi (33), are now being shared widely on Twitter, where friends and residents have paid their tributes along with the hashtag #JusticeForFlo.

Honeydew Police Station spokesperson Captain Balan Muthan said at around 12:30 on July 19, a witness arrived at the house for a meeting with the deceased.
She found the gate locked but the deceased would not answer her phone. “She contacted the deceased’s husband who was at work, enquiring about the deceased,” Muthan said.
“He later phoned and said she’s is not answering. The witness asked another guy to jump [over] the wall to go and check what was happening. The guy walked around the house until [he got to] the kitchen door which was open.”
Inside, the man saw a body on the floor.
When the witness arrived, she discovered the body belonged to Manzi, who had an open wound on her throat.
“According to the witness, there was no forced entry. She found the kitchen door open with the keys lying on the ground. [The] suspect is unknown. All role players were contacted and attended the scene.”
