Rand Park Primary swimmers excel at gala
RANDPARK RIDGE – Rand Park Primary hosted their annual school swimming gala on 12 March.
Rand Park Primary School recently hosted their annual school swimming gala on 12 March.
“We are so proud of all our little ones that took part, and there are some outstanding achievements that have to be commended,” said school sports coordinator Nica Stadtlander.
U11 youngster Joshua Drury, who broke the U10 boys’ backstroke last year, subsequently broke the U11 boys’ backstroke record this year in a new time of 00:39:36 and was awarded the school’s Brent Taylor Trophy.
Top swimmers included:
- Catherine Nordier (junior victrix ludorum)
- Lake Johnson (junior victor ludorum)
- Dale Harlen (senior victrix ludorum)
- Will Henson and Joshua Drury (senior victor ludorum)
