Randburg police seek owner of valuable watch

The Randburg police are appealing for public assistance to help track down the owner of valuable items recovered when thwarting a crime on 11 June.

According to Randburg Police Station’s spokesperson Captain Makgowanyana Maja, a valuable Festina watch and white gold wedding ring were recovered from arrested suspects involved in thefts from motor vehicles at a premises on Cork Avenue in Ferndale.”The watch was discovered during our officer’s preliminary investigations. The owner of the valuables can contact Captain Holle of Randburg police on 083 699 0275 during office hours,” said Maja.

Proof of ownership of the items and/or evidence of the theft of the items will need to be provided to the police in order to claim the goods.
