Aurora’s riders make their school proud at Sanesa qualifiers

SUNDOWNER – Curro Aurora's horse riders showed off their skills at the Sanesa qualifiers.

Curro Aurora‘s horse riders proudly represented their school against some tough competition during the first Sanesa Qualifiers for the year, held at Maple Ridge Equestrian Farm from 15 to 16 February.

Curro Aurora’s equestrian team coach Rheetha Rughobeer said, “It was a beautiful weekend of riding, with Rae-kyndra Ragoobeer and Megan Ras competing on their new horses for the first time at Sanesa, having only started training with them for a few months.”

She added that the new combinations of horse and riders achieved fantastic results under the circumstances. “We wish Chevaun Barker well in her recovery after suffering a back injury from a fall during her showjumping event,” she added.
