Hi CityPowerJhb. Half of Randburg has been without power for going on three hours now. At least share with us what the issue is and how long it will take to fix? Even an estimation will do.

This is annoying when you prioritize other areas yet we are all paying for services

How is there no ETR?
Is this a unique problem that has never happened before?
Because if it isn't, you should have an expectation of how long this takes.
With the number of outages we experience in this area, you should be able to supply EXACTS.
