Laerskool Unika has talent in abundance and Carla Meintjies was the latest to show off her talents.
The Grade 7 learner participated in the Talent Africa Novi Sad Euro Dance SA qualifier competition held at the Roodepoort Main Theatre.
Euro Dance qualifier competition provides a platform for young dancers to perform, connect with other dancers, travel, meet with other cultures and widen their horizons through dance.
Meintjies competed against 508 participants and she performed two dance items and was awarded a gold medal for each.
She has also qualified to compete at Novi Sad competition in Serbia in November.
