Unika tennis teams on top at Bethlehem tournament

Laerskool Unika’s boys’ tennis team finished in second place at the 19th Inter Africa Truida Kestell Tennis Tournament in the Free State.

The tournament was held in Bethlehem from the 8 to 11 August and 82 teams consisting of 341 players from across the country braved the cold weather to compete in the national tournament.

In the B section of the competition, Unika’s boys’ team faced off against 23 other teams, showing off their talent and hard work they put in to be ready for the tournament.

Laerskool Unika’s girls’ team also competed in the tournament and they finished in 12th position when they competed against 23 other school teams.
