Following an article published by the Randburg Sun titled ‘SPCA under fire’ the Randburg SPCA has released a statement on Facebook.
In the statement the Randburg SPCA expressed deep concern about the allegations in the article.
In the article published week ending 19 January 2018, Ellen Cheng accused the Randburg SPCA of putting down her pitbull that was in their care without her knowledge.
