Reabow, a matric learner at Rand Park High School , wore the number seven jersey when the Lions President’s team was invited to play in the Krugersdorp High Easter Festival.

When he received the news he was delighted at the prospect. Reabow explained his history in the sport throughout his schooling career.
“I started playing in Grade 1 when I joined the RuggaKids programme. I attended Constantia Kloof Primary School and played at Panorama Sports Club during Grade 6 and 7 before I joined Rand Park High. I’ve played since Grade 8 at Rand Park.”
“I fell in love with the game when I was younger and I like the fact that it pushes me to my limit.”

During his debut performance with the Lions President’s squad, the team was unbeaten at the tournament winning all three of their matches against Bekker Hoërskool, Monnas Kwaggas and Port Natal Hoërskool.
Reabow was chosen as man of the match for the two games against Monnas Kwaggas and against Port Natal. Clearly, passion for rugby runs deep in his veins.
“I love the physicality of rugby and of course the win. Tackling, working hard to score tries and having a crowd that supports the team is great,” added Reabow.
At the end of the tournament, he was selected as part of The Best of the West U19 squad that will tour the United Kingdom during the October school holidays.

Rand Park’s sports coordinator Steve Adelaine, said, “He is one of the senior players in the 1st team and demonstrates good leadership abilities. He is one of our top performers and we are extremely proud of his commitment to his sport and our school, as well as his resultant success.”
Reabow plans to take his rugby career to varsity level where he will study Sports Management abroad or at the University of Johannesburg, he hopes to specialise in personal training.
