Simba Mhere case back in court
KENSINGTON B – Cross-examination of the JMPD officer will continue.
Preshalin Naidoo will be appearing at Randburg Magistrates’ Court in connection with the death of Simba Mhere and Kady-Shay O’Bryan this morning, 12 September.
The case was last heard in court on 15 July, however, defence counsel apologised to the court and asked for a postponement due to Advocate Francois Roets still being sick.

The cross-examination of the JMPD officer who assessed the scene, is expected to continue.
Top Billing presenter Mhere and O’Bryan, a mother and friend, lost their lives in a tragic motor accident on 31 January 2015 on William Nicol Drive.
