Motorbike driver airlifted by paramedics after collision
ROBINDALE – Biker suspected to have possible internal injuries.

Emer-G-Med paramedics and other services attended to a motorbike accident in Robindale on Mulbarton Road at 11am.
On arrival paramedics found that a bakkie and a motorbike had collided allegedly after the bakkie had made a U-turn. The biker sustained critical injuries with a long bone fracture as well as possible internal injuries and the driver of the car sustained minor injuries.

“Paramedics performed advanced life support to the motorbike driver who was airlifted to Milpark Hospital by the Netcare 911 helicopter,” said Emer-G-Med spokesperson Max Cohen.The driver of the bakkie was transported to a nearby hospital for further care.

JMPD was also on scene to investigate the cause of the accident.
