Simba case postponed to 2016

KENSINGTON B –The Simba Mhere case has been halted until next year.

The trial case against Preshalin Naidoo, the driver involved in the car accident that left Simba Mhere and Kady-Shay O’Bryan dead, was postponed on 9 December.

The trial began on 8 December and was postponed for an inspection in loco on William Nicol Drive toward the N1 highway, where the accident took place.

This was to clarify all confusion surrounding the location of the incident.

Court commenced at 2pm where Velry Laka continued to give testimony on her recollection of the events.

Magistrate David Mhango postponed the case until 29 March 2016.
