Simba Mhere case to start today
KENSINGTON B – The driver involved in the accident where Simba Mhere was killed will appear in court.
The driver involved in Simba Mhere’s death will appear in court from 8 December.
Preshalin Naidoo, the driver involved in the fatal car accident of Top Billings’ Simba Mhere and his passenger Kady-Shady O’ Bryan appeared in the Randburg Magistrates’ Court previously on 4 June. Mhere and O’Bryan lost their lives in an accident on 31 January on the corner of William Nicol Drive and the N1 highway. The case was postponed on 23 July for further instructions from the defence attorney and then again on 18 August for an accident report. The trial date was set for 26 August, and was again postponed to 29 October. After being rolled over to 30 October for Naidoo to receive a defence attorney, the case had its final postponement to 8, 9 and 11 December.
