Simba trial has final postponement

KENSINGTON B – Randburg Magistrates’ Court sees the Simba Mhere case postponed again.

The trial of Preshalin Naidoo in connection with Simba Mhere and Kady-Shady O’Bryan’s death was heard at Randburg Magistrates’ Court on 30 October.

After much confusion and deliberation on the previous day [29 October] in court Magistrate Ndivihuwo Setusha rolled the matter over to today [30 October] in order for Naidoo to obtain legal representation.

Upon commencement, new defence attorney Luando Voster explained to the court that he will be representing Naidoo for the present time.

He added that Advocate Franscois Roets will then take over the case once he has been briefed.

Both the State and defence agreed to postpone the trail.

As such Magistrate Sethusha therefore made a final postponement for 8, 9 and 11 December for trial.
