International chefs treated to a braai

RANDBURG - School of Culinary Art treated members of the World Association of Chef's Societies to a braai.

Students and staff of the HTA School of Culinary Art had the honour to prepare a braai for members of the Board of Directors of the World Association of Chef’s Societies (WACS).

This was after the WACS was hosted by South African Chefs’ Association (Saca) at Emperor’s Palace in Johannesburg.

HTA along with Heinz Brunner’s Weber Academy prepared a scrumptious South African braai, with the help of different sponsors, including Emperor’s Palace.

Among other contributors are Weber, HSC, Bio-Organics, SAB and hotel Staff.

SACA has been an active member of WACS for the past 30 years and our very own Dr Bill Gallagher, was the president from 1996 to 2000.
