More female ‘hotshots’ housemates say goodbye
LINDEN – Five countries are in danger of remaining with no representation in the Big Brother house, after each lost a housemate on Sunday.
Uganda’s Esther, Nigeria’s Lillian and Kenya’s Sabina are the latest housemates to be evicted from the Big Brother Hotshots house in Linden. Nigeria’s twerking queen and Uganda’s queen dancer were evicted during the live show on 19 October.
“I’m all good,” said Lillian while Esther said that she was okay with whatever Africa decided.
The show then crossed to highlights for the housemate who loves twerking, Lillian, although it seems Africa did not buy her strategy much as Big Brother Africa host IK told her that in the history of Big Brother Africa, she is the only housemate who’s all about twerking, but this did very little in saving her.
Then the beautiful housemate from Uganda was shown her highlights in the house which were more of her dancing for Biggie. When IK asked her about Nigerian housemate Tayo, she said: “[He] is my friend for ever please.”
The rate at which Africa is evicting female housemates is getting very scary. The house now has 13 male and eight female housemates remaining. Zambia, Mozambique, Kenya, Uganda and Nigeria have all lost a housemate and now have just one representative each. Should anything happen next week to any of these countries, it will be the end of the game for them.
JJ is the only housemate that received five country votes; Tayo was next receiving three country votes, followed by Premithias, who had two country votes. Three housemates received single country votes each. The tie-breaker rule came into effect setting out clear evictees.
According to the Big Brother Africa rules, if the popularity vote does not yield clear evictees and there is a deadlock between two or more housemates, the percentage vote from each of the 15 regions will be added together and divided by 14 in order to generate an across-the-board percentage, which will then ascertain who stays and who goes, as explained by IK.
The three housemates that were evicted as per the tie-breaker rules are therefore Sabina, Lilian and Esther.
They stayed in the house for only two weeks.
