Families enjoy Diggers rugby
Players from U6 to U18 level played league matches throughout the day, as developing skills and a love of the game were promoted.
Families huddled together to keep warm as they crowded the fields at Diggers Rugby Club for a day of junior league matches on July 15.
Some came from as far as Alberton and Kibler Park to ensure their youngsters could play and they quickly warmed to the atmosphere at the Praegville venue.
Braais were on the go, and the bar was packed for the game against the All Blacks, so that all through the day there was food and great rugga on the go.
