Residents flock to Linden Swimming Pool

The City of Joburg flagship public swimming pool has been hugely popular since the hot weather started.

People have been flocking to Linden Swimming Pool from as far as Soweto, Delarey and Roodepoort in recent days.

The hot weather has seen the indoor public swimming pool become hugely popular, especially with the school holidays.

Visitors quickly become regulars after they spent time in the clean and clear water at the enormous pool, which has space for scores of swimmers at a time.

When not used by the public, the pool is the venue for swim schools and swimming clubs.
