Malema appears in court again

KENSINGTON B – Malema and Ndlozi last appeared in court in December last year.

EFF leader Julius Malema and member of parliament Mbuyiseni Ndlozi are appearing at Randburg Magistrates Court again today, April 7.

They appeared in December regarding their common assault case when the case was postponed to now.

The Economic Freedom Fighters pair were involved in a scuffle with Lieutenant Colonel Johannes Jacobus Venter during the funeral of struggle stalwart Winnie Madikizela-Mandela at the Fourways Memorial Park in April 2018.

Two witnesses who were questioned in March last year were retired police officer, Colonel Charles Seanego ad Deon Klingbiel, the former operational manager at the memorial park.
